WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Pre-orders allow you to secure stock ahead of time, so you can shop your favourite pieces now to avoid missing out. Products listed as pre-order require a lead time for production. You can find the current lead times on individual product pages. Please note — orders processed, which include both pre-order and in-stock items, will be sent together once all pieces are ready to be dispatched.
CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT IN A DIFFERENT COLOUR?
Yes, our designs are available to order in any colour from our standard range. If you would like to purchase a product in an alternative colour, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will be happy to assist. Please note — special colour requests will require a lead time of 6 weeks for production.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a notification that your order has been received. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for your order to be prepared for dispatch. Orders are shipped via courier and require a signature on delivery. If you require any special delivery instructions or would like to give 'Authority to Leave', please let us know in the notes section during checkout.
HOW DO I TRACK THE PROGRESS OF MY ORDER?
When your order is ready for delivery, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with all the tracking details for your parcel.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery times within Australia will vary depending on the destination. Please allow between 3-9 working days for your order to arrive once it has been dispatched. You can check the progress of your order using the tracking number provided on the shipping confirmation.
DO YOU SEND TO PO BOXES OR PARCEL LOCKERS?
Unfortunately, due to our parcels' size, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
DO YOU SEND TO RURAL AND COUNTRY LOCATIONS?
Yes, we are happy to ship our products to all locations Australia wide. The shipping rates automatically calculated at the checkout are set to include metro areas only. All regional and remote locations fall outside of our standard shipping breakdown and are subject to additional charges. HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
Give the gift of choice with a Still life gift card — to purchase an online gift card, select an amount from the drop-down menu and click 'Add to Cart. You can then complete your purchase and proceed to the checkout to process your order or continue shopping to add more items to your cart. Gift cards are delivered by email to the recipient at the time of purchase and contain redemption instructions at the checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. Gift Cards are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are valid exclusively for use through the Still Life website. Gift Cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Unfortunately not, please choose carefully when placing an order. Due to our products' handcrafted nature, we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to a change of mind.
WHAT PACKAGING MATERIALS ARE USED?
All Still Life products are shipped in beautiful paper-based or recycled packaging (where possible) to ensure your purchase is protected during transit and arrives safely at its new home.
