SHIPPING + RETURNS

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer the following rates Australia wide.
  • Small / Medium parcels under $200* | $10 Flat rate shipping. 
  • Small / Medium parcels over $200* | Enjoy free shipping. 
  • Large parcels | $25 shipping.
  • Bulky + Fragile parcels | Shipping costs calculated at checkout. 
Please note — shipping rates are automatically set to include metro areas only. All regional and remote locations fall outside of the standard shipping breakdown above, including the NT and TAS, and are subject to additional charges. If you have any queries about the delivery costs to your location, please contact us at hello@stilllife.net.au and we will be happy to assist.  

TRANSIT TIME WITHIN AUSTRALIA
  • All in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 working days.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.    
  • Delivery times throughout Australia vary depending on the destination.
  • Please allow between 3-9 working days for your order to arrive once it has been dispatched. 
  • You can check the progress of your order using the tracking number provided on the shipping confirmation.
  • Orders are shipped via courier and require a signature on delivery.
  • If you require any special delivery instructions or would like to give 'Authority to Leave', please let us know in the notes section during checkout.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING NOTES

  • Unfortunately, due to our parcels' size, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.  
  • Please ensure the delivery details you provide on your order are correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to the wrong address. 
  • Any parcels marked returned to sender will be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
  • Please consider your delivery address's security as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen goods.  
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
All orders are checked and packed with care to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with your 
  • Invoice #
  • Full name
  • Contact details
  • Photo evidence showing how you received your order and the damage.

We can then discuss an appropriate course of action.

RETURNS
Please choose carefully when placing an order. Due to our products' handcrafted nature, we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to a change of mind.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Still Life is based in Australia and happy to ship products to many locations worldwide. 

  • For international sales, please contact us at hello@stilllife.net.au for a shipping quote.
  • Before placing an order, we advise international customers to contact the local customs authority to check the import laws in their area. 
  • Overseas customers are responsible for any additional import duties, fees, or taxes, where applicable, upon their order's delivery. As we are an Australian based business, this is something we cannot foresee and have no influence over.
  • All prices on the Still Life website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
